TCAI Health™ – (Virtual Healthcare Assistants) 

  1. The medical assistant uses AR smart glasses, powered by EziExpert, to connect with a physician.
  2. The remotely located physician connects to the medical assistant to see and hear the patient from the assistant’s point of view.
  3. The physician also connects to the patient’s device for a routine telehealth video call, resulting in a conference call with the AR medical assistant, the patient and physician.
  4. The physician switches effortlessly between the patient and assistant screens, and directs a comprehensive session.
  5. The physician provides specific directives to the assistant for patient examination and assessment using the augmented reality tele-illustration feature. This feature utilizes various drawing and text tools to virtually illustrate over the patient and provide specific directives to the medical assistant.
  6. The physician can also perform a video call only with the patient, or connect solely with the AR assistant wearing the smart glasses, depending on the desired telehealth session.
